ICAST'07 is a venue for networking practitioners and professionals from all over the world. It is also a venue for companies and organisations to showcase their products & services. ICAST is a large multi-conference spanning multiple disciplines. It is organised in Divisions or mini-conferences and each conference division concentrates on a specific discipline. Hence, ICAST allows its delegates to enjoy the atmosphere of a large conference while still allowing specialised sessions.

In 2007, ICAST will be held in Accra, the capital city of Ghana. Ghana is one of the most politically stable, peaceful and culturally hospitable countries in Africa. It's a country of diversity, which is ripe for investment opportunities. You are invited to submit papers of high quality to one or more of the conference divisions featured. Details can be found at Call for Papers.

All submitted proposals will be reviewed by at least two experts in the specialty of the paper, and only papers accepted by peer referees will appear in the conference proceedings. Papers will be accepted based on significance of work, originality, technical content, interest to a wide audience and clarity of presentation.

NEW: Selected papers will be published as special issues in international journals such as AJICT for papers in ICT and Asian Social Science for papers in arts, sociology, politics, culture, history, philosophy, economics, business, management, education, law, linguistics and psychology. We have also accepted an invitation from Rivers Publishers, Denmark and IGI Global, USA to publish extended versions of selected papers as edited books.
