Instructions for Reviewers

ICAST Conference Divisions

  • Instructions: Authors are to submit their contributions (full papers, detailed proposals for tutorials, short courses, workshops, etc.) online at the online submission page. Division co-chairs are international experts who are responsible for managing the contributions submitted to the conference division they are chairing.
  • Announcement: There will be awards for the best paper in each conference division, as well as an award for the best conference division
  • All submitted proposals will be rigorously reviewed by experts in the specialty of the paper, and only papers accepted by peer referees will appear in the conference proceedings.

  • NEW: Selected papers will be published as special issues in international journals such as AJICT for papers in ICT and Asian Social Science for papers in arts, sociology, politics, culture, history,philosophy, economics, business, management, education, law, linguistics and psychology. We have also accepted an invitation from Rivers Publishers, Denmark and IGI Global, USA to publish extended versions of selected papers as edited books. Authors interested in any of these projects should indicate so at the time of their submissions.

  • Papers addressing any panel session topic are especially welcome. Such papers should address a specific panel session issue and propose innovative approaches to solve the issue.
