All expenses involved in travelling to and from Ghana/conference venue, conference registration, accommodation and pocket money are the responsibility of the delegate. In particular, every conference delegate must register and pay for the appropriate conference fees. However, ICAST organizers are making every possible effort to make delegates feel comfortable by e.g. helping delegates find suitable accommodation around the conference venue. We'll also book a taxi to pick you from airport to your hotel if you tell us at least 24 hours in advance your arrival time and day. The delegate will, however, pay the cab/taxi driver the appropriate taxi fare. Listed below are several hotels and their prices around the conference venue. We have notified these hotels of ICAST delegates' arrival.
