Only full original papers are solicited for review. All submitted proposals will be reviewed by at least two experts in the specialty of the paper, and only papers accepted by peer referees will appear in the conference proceedings. Papers will be accepted based on significance of work, originality, technical content, interest to a wide audience and clarity of presentation.

A double-blind review process have been adopted for ICAST conference peer review process. Therefore, authors are advised to HIDE their identity from the paper. They should instead register their complete details at the ConfToll software interface prior to uploading their papers for review.

All papers submitted to this conference will be peer-reviewed. All accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore digital library. Extended versions of selected papers will be published as chapters in an edited book to be published

Authors interested in any of these projects should indicate so at the time of their submissions.
